GaGambler shared so many tips with Me, I thought it was only fair that I gave back to the community for anyone thinking of mongering outside the US.  

The Cons: Food was really expensive.
No matter what You say some unattractive gals won't leave you alone constantly annoying you for a date.  
Chica Fees, yes the majority of hotels charge you a fee to bring an escorts to your room ranging anywhere from 10-80 usd.
Custom forms: You can fill these out while on the plane, they ask you a bunch of stupid ass questions.
Airline fare pricey but worth it.

Those were really the only cons I experienced.

The Pros: South American woman are beautiful  
Escorts are affordable they start out at $100 but they'll accept $70
MP's There you can pick any beautiful chica for 40 usd.
Escorting is legal you can negotiate openly.
No worries about photoshopped pics  
Services: several guys complained about no kissing and no bbj, however I did not have any problem getting either.  
Hotel cost very affordable.

Some tips  

Tips: Never and I mean never pay a chica upfront you will get ripped off.
Never travel alone at night unless by taxi or with wingman.
Avoid chica fee at 4 star hotels by simply registering the escort during check in, BTW you need to know her first Name.
Pay the chicas in their currency you'll save some money.
speak or understand some espanol.

I wish there was a tip to get the unattractive Chicas to leave you alone, but sadly there is none or gambler hasn't shared it with me yet lol.

Lastly have fun, show respect to the locals and the chicas. Who knows you could meet a chica spend the weekend with her and end up falling deeply in love speaking for experience ha!
