Most common reason, I've found, is that the default search setting excludes bad websites.  Maybe the site was no good, and the search excluded it.  Try not excluding the bad sites.

If you were refering to your review of ally, it was on the bad website list.  Sometimes when a website goes down it is reported to us.  We put it on the bad website list.  if it comes back up, someone needs to hit the "report new websiter" link to tell us it is up.

Are you sure you're searching in the right city? New searches default back to the city of the last review you looked at. Keep in mind that some ladies aren't listed in the cities they might be based in. Also, have you tried searching under more specific criteria that the lady might have included in her profile, such as area code number or e-mail address? And are you sure she hasn't been delisted, whether it's the staff's doing or her own request?
