This is inherent to agencies, especially at that rate. It seems that it was $250/hr for each girl? So the split was probably 125/125 or 150/100. A girl would have to see a few guys per day so that she and the agency could make a decent profit. Also, at that rate, many agency girls may expect a tip for something extra like being expected to play with another girl. I know the woman on the phone probably told you that the girls knew each other and loved to play together, but she probably just sent you the two who were available. They may never have even met. I'd say that this is par for the course for 99% of agencies.

Being upfront with the woman from the agency would have gotten you no different results, IMO. Of course she would have said whatever she needed to make the booking. In fact, specific questions about how many guys a lady has seen that day, or a request for someone who doesn't have a "burned out pussy" will not only never get an honest response, it might come across as insulting. So, in this case, there was nothing more you could have done. If she had sent you two different ladies, you might have gotten better acting, but that would be the best possible outcome.

My advice would be to book ladies with rate structures that are more conducive to a low-volume business model. Look for independents who advertise as "friends" and have a few reviews of their sessions together.

I am fairly new to this, so wanted to see if my expectations were unrealistic.

Recently, I was in Canada on business and decided to make arrangements to see a provider.  The woman I had been planning on seeing was taking a "sabbatical" when I called to arrange the appointment.  Because of this, I decided I wanted to fulfill a long-time wish and arrange a two-girl experience through the same agency.  

Since the girl I was going to book with was not available, I decided to tell the agency I was booking with (very reputable and one of the most well-known) what I was looking for and ask them to suggest two girls who really enjoyed threesomes and liked performing together.  The woman from the agency enthusiastically recommended two girls and arrangements were made.

Both ended up being very attractive and really nice girls, but the experience ended up being disappointing.  I'm really into DATY and neither girl seemed to be that into it and one of the girls kept saying she was "really sore" so she didn't want her pussy touched/licked, etc. that much.

I booked both girls for a two hour session because I like to take my time so it cost about a grand.  I was happy to spend that for a good experience but I got two really cool and attractive girls, who were pleasant company but not that into sex.

Was this a case of simply getting a bad experience and chalking it up to bad luck/taking one for the team or should I have been more specific about what I wanted?  It would seem to me that I should not have to spell out to the agency to place me with girls who maybe hadn't had six appointments already that day, but maybe I'm being naive.  I booked an early afternoon appointment, thinking I would have better luck and not get girls who were burnt out, but I think I got exactly that.

Finally, this is a case of what I used to see before I met gals from review boards of what I call "pretty girl" syndrome.  It is the attitude among certain (and by far, not all) attractive providers who think that their looks are enough to carry the day and don't, to put it in the vernacular, put out.  Talk about prick tease.

I used to find that a provider who isn't exactly a cover girl would be a much more satisfying lover, if for no other reason than it's her only other asset with which to try and ensure that I would become a steady customer, which I often did.

Now with TER, I find providers who do a great mix of both, and I've met some knockouts who also put out.

First of all, DATY is a given. Not only can they just lay there and not have to look at our ugly asses, but it's also time that we're not hovering over them sweating on them.

Spent a little bit more time seeing if these two providers had reviews and if so went based on that. Otherwise you where in for a big surprise or not. Any woman that complains about her flower being sore, being burnt out is an excuse to get out of doing very little. It's obvious she didn't want to have any interaction physically. She was just there to make her sixth quota for the day! Yes chalk it up to a big waste of time and move on, lesson learned. Not to speak of myself, but anyone who loves daty is a best friend of mine.

if you must do a double, see one of the ladies first one on one. Chemistry is very important in doing doubles. Once you establish chemistry with one lady, then most experienced hobbyist would ask that lady if she had a doubles partner.  Then go from there. Basically what you did was a total crap shoot and it turned out bad. It seems like you let your little head take over, You need to think with your big head next time. Your big head would have said what are the chances of 3 perfect strangers have a great doubles. The answer, slim or none.

You need to go back to the drawing board. Next time do your research on ONE well reviewed lady.
Book an appointment and see her. If there are last minute changes. Just abort the entire session,
and wait for another opportunity. Last minute decisions concerning choices of who to see, usually turn out bad, but you didn't need me to tell you that.

Unfortunately, this is what happens with a lot of girls that work with a service. The services don't care how many appts. ladies have during one day as long as the service is making money.

Independent ladies make their own schedules and do not have to spilt the fee with anyone so they usually do not feel the need to over do it.

For an example of what a doubles session can be, check out these ladies (I have seen them several times and they were amazing EVERY time). I think these ladies are somewhat exceptional as providers go, so I wouldn't expect a double session to get much better, with this caveat.

Their style, a more PSE style, might not be for everyone. However, I think once you're looking for a truly bi doubles experience, IMO, that is what you need to look for. If all you want is a soft GFE with two ladies, then you can pick any two you like and go for it.

This is not a slam on the agency, especially in Canada. They are all awesome, and so are the women there.
I've had some of my best experiences in GTO and Montreal, all through agencies.
However, this is like being hungry and asking the cab driver in the foreign 3rd world country where is the best place to eat. He has a stake in the answer, and it's not your taste or experience that he cares about.
They probably chose two that were available, regardless of their inclination towards menage and being bi, and shipped them right over to get the booking. Alas, I can only think of a handful of agencies that would not do the same, as it makes sense.

One of the BEST ways to arrange this fantasy is to see a a few indy providers that clearly state they see other women in their profile. Have some fun by asking one indy 'which lady in this hobby are you dying to meet?' If it is someone you have already seen, you are near jackpot. If not, then see that indy lady, and after the session..bring it up and see if she is game for an introduction.

Don't mention you, threesome, or anything. Just meet. And then assume the role as the ambassador for said meeting and get together, and try to work on making it happen. This doesn't not mean that you eschew your role and financial responsibility as hobbyist to said meeting. All it means that your are putting your role and participation as the customer as secondary, and placing yourself in the middle of a very heated and long -awaited gathering, and an essential participant to making the meeting happen.

It may take several months, but if you accomplish this, you will be rewarded by both ladies as if you died and went to heaven ten times over, with an experience that will warm your heart and bring a smile to your and currents through your loin for every waking day of your life.

PS: Don't let my lack of reviews indicate anything. I'm a past VIP er who went underground after accumulating over 100...great experiences , and thought I would come back to the message boards to add my $0.02 every now and again.

First, do your own research right here.  Second, I'd not book a more expensive date, without meeting the individuals for a single hour.  If doubles are suggested, (preferably by a provider I know & have chemistry with) I'd have 2 singles first.  
I know you got jammed up at the last minute.  I try to anticipate & prescreen with a couple of likely candidates & let them know the time frame so they'll take me seriously.  
I have a bucket list & a few most interested within that...  well in advance.  It does take effort to research but I've not been sorry for doing so.

If I were the OP, I would just chalk it up to experience and eventually move on. Easier said than done, as I would also seethe and stew in my own juices for a whole, if I had blown about a Grand plus the wasted time, effort,  energy and my fantasies on expectations that seemingly fell really short (been there, done that and learned from it)

As far as a Ménage à Trois goes, and I've been planning for one for a while, it is always best when one takes the time to do it correctly, rather than try to implement this fantasy under the circumstances as described by the OP (too impromptu for me as far as due diligence goes) Firstly, to have an agency involved is not a good idea! Everyone, I appreciate the feedback/advice. I think the main thing here was I was dumb for booking two girls at once when I had not met either before.  I don't get to Toronto very often and I had heard so much about the quality women and the fact that LE is less of an issue there.  I decided to roll the dice and it looks like I gambled and lost.  Lesson learned.
