seriously, screening does 2 things.  It lets each party know a bit more about each other for the session (providing some very modest degree of personal safety) and second, it helps weed out LE.... to some extent.

Having said that, it also demonstrates a level of professionalism... much as you would find at doctors' or lawyers' offices.  So while it probably adds little to the session itself (except maybe some conversation starter material) it does give both parties a sense of intent for the meeting.  

Why someone would not modestly screen?  I don't know.... but I do know that I have been screened by some of the better screeners around....  one uses a criminal database... lol!!!  actually thought of hiring her to investigate the ex! lol!   she was that good.  (didn't - but the thought certainly crossed the mind.)  I really don't mind - but what I have found is that I give more info than is asked for, and that seems to put people at ease... that I am real, serious and for the most part not a flake.

I am sorry I am not as professional as some of you, first of all I have not been doing this for very long, I am still learning and I'm willing to bet all of you girls that are so quick to talk shit had to learn a few things yourselves when you were starting out. Second of all this is not my main gig, I have a job and go to school and only do this on the side to be able to afford luxuries I normally could not. So no it is not all about the money or otherwise I wouldn't waist my time working 30 hours a week for 10 bucks an hour.  Also it was not that I didn't his name I just couldn't understand it, he had a very think accent and I felt bad that I could not understand him very well. I do have a screening process although it may not be the same as yours. most of the guys I see have told me they would never give a provider there place of work before even meeting her and they have turned out to be great gentlemen. I only know one other girl in this business personally and she has been in it for 10 years and never even heard of such screening, not that I'm saying not screening is a good idea but I'm sure most of the upper class providers on here did not have there screening process perfected on they're first day.  But instead of offering friendly advice on how I might improve the running of my business I get called names and insulted. Oh well I have many regulars that know what a kind, honest and decent person I am.
