The ratings system won't let you rate a sandwich over 7/10 without that sandwich shop also providing ancillary services that don't have anything to do with sandwich enjoyment for most customers.

your review should have been a 10/7, not a 7/10.  

 
You can still rate a two week old bologna sandwich a ten for appearance as many  of your fellow reviewers are wont to do, it's the performance ratings that have to meet TER's new (and ridiculous) prerequisite menu items to qualify for higher scores than a 7

True story.  I was chatting with a friend some years ago about a planned trip to Italy.  He replied: "You're going to Italy and you're taking your GIRLFRIEND???  That's like taking a tuna sandwich to a Luau!"
The next time I saw him at a party I was with my girlfriend and I introduced her saying, "This is the tuna sandwich."
It was the only time I ever saw him at a loss for words.
