I can't make a decision for you, but so many people have herpes that you shouldn't live in a bubble. Just hope you don't get them, b/c there's no way to dodge it based on where a girl advertises. The nice answer to your question is unknown.  I know a few things about latex clothing and I can assure you that no one will tell you that latex products of this kind will prevent disease transmission.  That would require FDA testing and approval and that is something no one will pay for.  In other words, use at your own risk.
