In light of the recent Florida incidents, I've started revising my earlier e-book into a more comprehensive work on North America, "Curious North American Sex Laws Affecting Escorts, Companions, & Gents."

In looking over the Mann Act court decisions it dawned on me that paying a deposit or even booking in advance could be seen by a hard-assed federal prosecutor as violating the Mann Act, which states:

Sec. 2421. Transportation generally

”Whoever knowingly transports any individual in interstate or foreign commerce, or in any Territory or Possession of the United States, with intent that such individual engage in prostitution, or in any sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense, or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.”

If you pay a deposit to a lady, or perhaps even agree in advance to see her for x$, and she crosses state lines, there may be a technical Mann Act violation. "Transporting" with intent is interpreted by the Courts to include assisting in transportation. Simply making an appointment in advance is a promise to pay that encourages interstate travel. A deposit is both a paper trail and an intentional overt act. No wonder I've always totally refused to plan ahead! Something was telling me it was a bad idea.

Even with purely coincidental free sex or companionship, many states have laws against fornication, adultery, and sodomy.
Virginia criminally charged a DC escort with felony sodomy only last year in a notorious sting that could happen in any Bible thumping State.

Traveling to the beach with a vix for a weekend of daty and bbjeows could be seen as violating the Mann Act, even if she did not pay you for each daty and multi-O you granted her. They never do, those vixens.

Earlier in the last century, men were often federally prosecuted under the Mann Act for traveling interstate with girlfriends, or bringing girlfriends to live with them.

With Mr Ashcroft in office, anything is possible.
The DOJ and FBI and US Attorneys know this already we can be certain, but are busy with other priorities and preventing the camel f**kers from destroying civilization, for the time being.

This is the first time I've seen the problem posted on a message board of our own - "our" being vixens and hobbyists.

I covered the Mann Act, Travel Act, RICO, and money laundering  fully in my e-book "Curious Sex Laws: US, DC, MD, & VA," which I initially distributed FREE to numerous agencies and ultravixens with wet pouty lips.

This next month I am completing an updated and expanded e-book which covers all of the US & Canada, and most States, except a very few. (I do not cover Buffalo-boinking in the Dakotas for example.). The state & federal statutes, plus the major court decisions will be set out textually, and as up to date as possible, and readable by all, if not fully illustrated.

This material is conveniently on the shelves in the nearby Library of Congress, because Congressmen are always researching about blowjobs and sexual harassment.

In the meantime, about DEPOSITS, no way for me. Even picking someone up at the airport, paying for a ticket, driving across the Potomac River bridges, going to the Eastern Maryland shore for a weekend of utter debauchery, all can be interpreted as violating the Mann Act. Bill did it all the time, inviting Monica over from Virginia for a bj and some hooverizing, but Ken Starr, dickless forever, never thought of that one, fortunately.

Fine with me.  (I'm kidding, folks.)  I flew to San Francisco.  What are they going to do, confiscate Continental's rather uncomfortable 737?
Serously, this is an issue.  Therefore, if I EVER (unlikely due to economics and a dismal selection) persue the Hobby in my home area, I WILL use public transportation.
