First, it was more on the east coast. But even though I live in LA, I have an east coast phone number. It took me awhile to figure it out, but everyone I talked to didn't have any issues, and that's because they don't have east coast phone numbers. I couldn't even use my GPS. If I had an appointment already, I imagine the provider would have seen me as a no show and had been pissed at me. And, meanwhile, other west coast clients who don't have an impacted east coast number would have been communicating and showing up, making my excuse harder to believe.

So yeah, if there ever was a day I am glad I didn't book an appointment, yesterday was it.

One of my regulars literally wanted to book short notice and didn't hear back from me for like an hour cuz I lost my service on the freaking road... I'm pissed. By the time I got back he was unavailable... Verizon better pay up lol

Impacted customers will get a $20 credit on their account for the inconvenience.

So... almost $4k, if you happen to have 200 Verizon accounts.
