Yep, and unless you are in a big city, it's wasted money. I have bought that VIP ad one time, and never again. It absolutely did nothing for my business because guys in my area, want warm, wet, and cheap. I see visitors lol.
No one gives you the title VIP, but some use it to market their selves. I consider myself VIP in this industry, and in my everyday life. I do not want to wait in line & I always want to feel special, so I deserve notable treatment. Not everyone is VIP, but I am sure we all think we are in 1 way, or another...
