take whatever steps she feels are necessary to ensure her safety. If a potential client doesn't want to give her the information she requires, he should just move on rather than pleading his case that he is safe and just can't give her his work info, phone number, or whatever else she requires.

"Raped?" as in, the guy comes in doesn't pay then forces you to have sex?
Is reporting it to LE and option? I'm sure it would be a he said, she said, kind of thing?

Rape kits only work if someone's already in the system. So, if there's never been a reason for his DNA to be on file, doing a rape kit isn't going to solve anything right away in most cases. In others, it'll probably sit untouched in a back room for several years, or get logged into the system never to be looked at again. Not to mention, turning in your hooker gear for rape testing isn't a great idea, and neither is doing it in full hair and makeup. Remember, your not supposed to shower or change anything about the crime scene. Makes it pretty hard to be off the bat convincing when it looks like you were waiting around to get laid anyways.  

But she could tell the cops his name? Sure. That'll blow the rape story, cause all she's probably got is a fake name, email, and phone number. Hopefully you can track those to an address, but probably not. Then the questions. How did you get those darlin? Oh, you *know* him? How? Why was he in your room? Oh you LET him in here? What was he doing in here in the first place? Can I see your phone? And remember, she's probably standing there with lingerie, makeup, and possibly large amounts of cash in the room. Which will probably be searched after they catch on to what's really going on.  

I have watched this happen. There is no help or respect for us in most cases.

I watch CSI and a bunch of other initials, and I know for  FACT that if they find a single drop of your sweat at a crime scene that they just have to stick it in a blender with some eye of newt and less than 30 minutes later they will be at your door with a swat team and a judge to sign the hanging order.

And put ourselves at a lot more risk than I think y'all realize. Not only are we doing our best at taking your word at being a nice guy, but there is no protection for us whatsoever if you're not. If I get paid in fake 50s, I can't turn it in. If I get robbed in my room, I can't very well call the cops about it without having a LOT of explaining to do. I know that there are girls who have been knocked out cold, raped and robbed, and still refused to call the police because they were afraid of getting arrested.  

The bad guys know this already

This is a common occurrence, and although yes it is statistically more common in certain areas and with certain levels of women who may be more high volume, it is not exclusive to these areas.

It is a sad occurrence.

Should listen more and talk less . Rape is horrid , women , children , boys etc !!! That's why they don't last in prison . Yes we have sick people in this world ! So all people should be as smart as they can and avoid secluded areas .

Often, hotel security was called only to realize that the woman is a prostitute. He could have went to jail as an innocent man.

It's too bad that one you have a bad rep they don't listen. That goes for you and providers. Even when saying the true.

Other than actual rape, fake rape can be so dangerous for the hobbyist. All it takes is a provider to think that you have not been generous enough with you payment or tip. They will scream rape and get you arrested even though you are an upstanding citizen and a good family man.

There are also the hobbyists that wanted to walk out of the session with reduced payment if the girl did not provide the services that she advertised or was not actually the woman in the photo in the case of being older or heavier than advertised.

The providers will often scream rape in these cases!

Fortunately, these providers screaming rape are limited to the lower end of the provider world. I think that a higher end provider working out of a decent hotel would never attempt to extort a hobbyist for more money.

Most likely, these are the bottom class providers working out of a low rent motel charging low fees for admission and then trying to extort the gentlemen for more money to make bank. These are the "carnival worker type white trash" of the provider world.

does not mean she is telling the truth. I mean, why would we open up a conversation with, "Hey, can't wait to meet you Thursday, and by the way I was robbed last week at my home." It's simply not the type of thing providers go around broadcasting for fear of judgment and humiliation...both of which should never be put on a victim. I've never been raped or assaulted (badly), but I have been ripped off a few times in my early days, and I did have on dude smack me last year. I did not "call the cops" per se, but I did talk to a few cops if you know what I mean. Sorry, but escorts have cops and judges as friends too, so when something does happen, you can bet your ass that's how many will go about dealing with it. We might not call the main line, but someone is getting a call who can take care of it on the sly. There are ways of dealing with fked up people that are not done by the books. Guys who rape and rob hookers need to do that shit to the wrong one, and see what happens.  

FYI, if you are raped or assaulted the cops are not going to arrest you and your confession of being an escort is nothing to them. I had a provider harrassing me once, and the cops flat out told me they did not care what I did for a living. They said, "You called us about this crime, and until we get a call about yours, we are not here for that."  When you report a crime worse than your own, you are generally given immunity to testify, so I don't know why so many women are scared to death of calling the cops because of a misdemeanor.
