So a a well reviewed provider I booked with asked me if I wanted her to bring anything. I've never had one ask me this and I don't really know what requests to make lol. I don't have the provider bring anything but I like to bring a blindfold, some strawberries, chocolate sauce, honey, etc, especially if it is the first session with a provider. I've had great responses (for the most part) and it helps provide an atmosphere of anticipation and excitement. And it also provides a memorable moment that helps the provider remember me when I want to book again.
The only guidance you need is either you have played with things before or not. I have played with many things with GFs before hobbying.
