It's been pointed out on some of the regional ter boards and the ro board, that ter members are sometimes over charged compared to the local private boards. Bottom line, do your homework!
A lot depends upon the marketing approach and other factors.
Places where TER is a big part of their business sourcing I can see lower rates to get more good reviews. It could well be that compaired to the TER person having better skills at bargaining.
In areas where TER is far from the biggest board it may have less impact if any.
According to the article.... TER clients were called the "Cheapest clients"... LOL!
