I opened it, and could not start a dialogue.  WTF?  How are you supposed to chat if you can't even talk?

FF on pc same thing
FF on mac same thing
Safari on Mac, same thing

FF on PC and laptop.  Have not tried to chat on laptop, just on PC, no luck.  Wonder what the problem is....
