TER Affiliate Program and iBill

iBill has been going through big structural problems that has made billing difficult. Currently iBill is not able to process VISA cards. All VISA card rebills have been placed on hold. I am told that TER will be required to fill out a new VISA application. Can this be done as soon as possible? I think it would be appropriate for TER to inform affiliate webmasters to the situation. Does TER plan on changing ISPS credit card processor? I could recommend CCBill or Paycom as a much more stable processor.

We have had meetings with Ibill's CEO and he assures us that they will have visa back next week.  We have also setup accounts with CCBILL and filed new Visa Aps with them in case IBILL does not come though.

Either way, we should have VISA back shortly.  M/C still works if you would like to buy a membership today.

The one from last scheduled payout (September 22), is still on hold.

Thanks.

iBill said they will begin to pay EU customers today or tomorrow. As soon as this is done, RevShare webmasters come next. My best guess is early next week (I hope... since I am owed several thousands of dollars).

Hef... maybe we should start a TER affiliate webmasters group! I think it would be wise for all parties to have a much better dialog. There is alot of money at stake to leave to such little communication. Hopefully, TER will improve its very low payouts and address the lack of traffic tracking, etc.

Here is the last statement from IBILL:

Payout Summary October 1, 2004

As we’ve previously stated, we are continuing to work through negotiations with First Data.

Early next week, we plan to pay our EU clients first followed by our RevShare affiliates. More information regarding this and the other missed payouts will be posted once it becomes available.

Please be assured we are working diligently to resolve this issue in a timely manner and we appreciate your continued support.

Having a Webmasters' forum here isn't such a bad idea. let's talk.

It's the end of "next week," and you are still posting a warning that Visa won't work -- only Master Card or Discover.  Any updates?
