I allies play the slots because I cheep.  
But just like the slots replace dealers robots  replace welders.  
Lets face you can buy own blow up doll for 50 bucks or less but a good rubber mechanical women cost like several grand. But one could become a pimp of robat women. Has anyone try this. In fact some lady should become madams of these robat women. I just like renting a tool from a tool rental.

He's obviously moderated since he is new (under that handle), so that means admin actually reads his posts and allows them. If he breaks the rules they may give him a posting timeout. If he continually breaks them he may get banned, but usually you have to make a pretty serious offense to get banned from TER. (Like outing someone)

He is a troll doing what trolls do, getting reactions from people (like you), but he hasn't committed any bannable offense. You could just ignore his posts. ;)

Rip is either Riddley Walker who time traveled as an adult or a young man who kind of knows what he knows and has got some wiring issues going on.  

I'm from Detroit, so I get him totally. Dude gets horny, is on a budget, you be in his shoes. Not saying his judgment is so good, but it's dangerous there. I'm sure he means no harm.
