I have to tell you, the last few weeks with family emergencies have taken a toll on me.

My best friend in the universe came to visit me to cheer me up. We went to the grocery store and (I had never done this) bought 8 quarts of ice cream, sprinkles, chocolate syrup, banannas, butterscotch syrup and a box of extra buttery popcorn.

I have heard lots of women diving into ice cream but I now know what comfort it brings!

Thank you Ben and Jerry, Godiva, and Haagen-Dazs for brightening up my weekend!

What do you go to for comfort? I normally work out to get rid of my stress but this junk food binging is kinda fun!!!

What better way to relieve stress: Dancing!

I call up my girlfriends, and we will go out for some drinks/dancing! I find that I leave my worries behind, and don't even worry about the "small stuff" Like my mom always told me, men will come and go, but your girlfriends, will always be there Lets hear it for the girls! lol

If I ate that much sweet stuff, Brooke, I think I'd be sick so I'd have something different to worry about!

Dancing is a great stress-reliever - as is working out.  I rowed further and faster than I ever had before one time right after an arguement with my boyfriend!!

I like to get my husband in the bed for some great sex. Having multiple orgasms takes all the stress out of me. A few squirts a day keeps the stress away!!!!!!!
