Some ladies don't like the taste of a man's semen.  Some think swallowing increases the risk of transmission of disease.  Some just don't want to, as it their right.

Depends on your research.  These ladies are out there if you read the reviews and don't just go with the profiles.

I really enjoy a BBBJTC, but CIM doesn't mean a thing to me.  After I cum I don't care where it goes, LOL.  In fact I think it's slightly degrading to the lady (just my opinion)  Most guys seem to think it's a big deal but I guess I'm missing something.

Also it may be a little more intimate than some trysters want to be.  

I had a discussion with a woman recently who explained to me that it's a liquid when in first cums out, but then it quickly congeals into gross lumps almost immediately.  (I know, some guys are wretching here, but it has a point.)

I think swallowing is more of an acquired taste.
For me personally, it's all about flavor and amount. It's cliche, but eat lots of citrus and pineapple, and stay away from asparagus, etc. (anything that would make your urine smell will affect the taste).
Also, all guys are different. Some people produce a really thick fluid, some just produce a LOT, and in those cases it's harder to take and instinct is just to spit it back out- be nice and either jerk off ahead of time or wait for the second round.

One of my favorites, Robyn of Palm Springs, does.  She believes that the chance of picking up "germs" is less by swallowing.  So far, so good, she says.
