If she gives out BBFS like candy and is seeing lots of clients in a day, I prefer not to dip into that honey pot. If she doesn't advertise it and makes occasional exceptions, I'm less bothered. Same if she is low volume. And, if she advertises it as an option but only with testing, it also eases me a little. The research I did many years ago. HIV is primary transmitted through illegal drug use sharing needles. The next much less common is gay sex because the anal can bleed transferring that way, but not as risky. And last vaginal sex the risk is very low.
