(and that list is getting shorter) You probably "don't know when" you'll see the intended gift card recipient, because she doesn't care for your company. You seem to have that effect on people.

I would like to send a provider a gift card by email. For example, Amazon offers this service, where the recipient gets an email with a code for the credit. However, I think the giver's name also appears on the email. While I am comfortable paying by credit card, I also want to make sure that none of my own personal information - full name, for example - appears on the email to the provider. Don't know when i will see her again, so giving her something in person is not an option right now. In other words, an anonymous gift certificate by email.
Unless she is an all time favorite and close enough to know some of her important details such as name at least then good luck with that.
I have tried unsuccessfully over the years to give certain ladies free Airline transportation/ First Class tickets in order to see me but to no avail simply because I needed their full name to put on the ticket and they were not comfortable enough to give it to me.
I got a gift card from my son for Christmas from Amazon and all it had was his email addy, which, of course I recognize. His name was not included with the addy but when he emails me directly, his name is included. Maybe Amazon does this to protect their customers. I'm very impressed with their service and use them all the time.
Maybe going into Victoria's Secret or some other store would allow you to do it directly to her from their location and you could set up a hotmail or alternative email addy that did not include your name to send it.
I'm curious, however. Didn't you have to give her your name and other information in order to be verified?

If nothing else, your restraint is admired. You won't lash out or even respond in a negative way, which does indeed play to the board presence you work for. Unfortunately for you the person behind the board posts has shown itself, and the ladies in your playground and beyond have been warned.
