Boys or Fellas = Too Gay

Guys = Sounds like a provider

Dickwads = Too confrontational

Fellow Hobbyists = too long

Band of Brothers = too long

FWIW, that's not the type of familiarity I was talking about...you asked for suggestions, I'm simply suggesting you don't use anything and why I think it would be a good idea.  Perhaps you shouldn't ask for suggestions if you're not prepared for the response.
