When do you walk away from an agreement? Not a full fledged sugar daddy agreement but an agreement none the less. The information will be limited here so just assume a sugardaddy agreement. Information is limited because of security reasons.

Verbal agreements and pillow talk are great precursors to big time bullshit my friend. If you want a GF, get one. If you want to fuck someone and pay her with money, leave as little of a trail as possible. Sugar babies like strippers and other half-in-the- hole types are ultimately more expensive that seeing providers who've reconciled who they are and what they do. BTW, if you enter into any "agreement" that you can't walk away from just by doing it, then you really are setting yourself up for a big fall.

Plain and simple. Why in the world would you pay for something that you don't want?

You should be free to go, but there should be some cause other than mere convenience, IMHO.  Whether your situation qualifies is something that is probably beyond the scope of a board like this.

Also be aware that depending upon how long and how intimate the relationship got, the courts have assessed palimony payments from time to time.

Such things should not be entered into that lightly.

Just be a respectable human being and tell her the truth.. You have to right to walk away anytime. She does too.. Hopefully both of you have continued to fullfill your end of the deal..

whats hard about that.. You are not married to her. She is not your GF. You don't owe each other anything other then mutual respect...

It depends what the agreement was.

If you & I reach an agreement that I'll give you $XXX a month for the next 10 months so you can go to school full time so you quit your day job and go to school, then I don't think it's fair to walk away after 3 mos because "it's not fun" any more.

Same when a guy signs a 1 yr lease for a provider as part of the deal.  She has some greater obligation than to say after 3 mos "sorry, I'm boared of you".

If you want it to be week to week or month to month, make it clear up front and then OK, walk when it's not fun.  I know women who quit their day job and moved their household goods cross country with the promise of a place to stay and a long term arrangement, etc., and were dumped before their furnature arrived.

Whether or not there was a timeframe agreed to is important.
