It seems like no one wants to see me once I tell them about my dialysis tubes.  I'm trying to be honest with them so they dont see me and freak out. The only thing that is different is my chest is wrapped up in a  ace bandage by my choice.
Should I not tell them right away? What should I do? I didnt plan on this. I need some advice please.......

It must be difficult offering full service GFE with the dialysis tubes, and machines attached to you. What do you say to the Docs/Nephrologists when they see am old heavy hobbyist pounding you mercilessly mish with the tubes hooked up to you? This must be a delicate situation, and put a damper on business. Maybe you can offer a "bed pan special" or use the ace bandage as a light BDSM prop. You must be creative in this woeful situation!  

I have empathy  for your plight. I had a relative who went through dialysis, and know it can be tiring, and depressing. Wishing you a quick, and full recovery!!! Best of luck to you. Hang in there kiddo. Hopefully you get a transplant ASAP!

that just being upfront and honest is the best thing though.  I was born with a congenital birth defect that left me a few fingers short of ten.

I have found though that most guys are understanding and do see me.  I also have it posted on my website so there aren't any surprises.

I have seen ladies with medical conditions up to and including Cystic Fibrosis and some crippling diseases whose names escape me at the moment.  The more successful ones not only told me in advance, but they mentioned it on their website.  I think there are those that seek out variation and it would not surprise me if this post yields some company for you.  You need to reach a target audience, or they need to find you.

People in this hobby tend to be phobic about any medical condition, as the AIDS monster is just right around the corner or under the bed, waiting to sap our precious bodily fluids.  The fact you are not contagious does not overcome the fear and bigotry.  They will choose not to see you because you are not their type.  I saw an anorexic provider once that was even treated badly by other providers and hassled off the forums.  People can't seem to leave people alone, except when it comes to making a living or having sex with them.

So you need to hunt down the guys with a sexual curiosity about you or make yourself known and identified with your special handicap.   In a provider sea of different hairdos and other trite search criteria like body modifications, you really are unique.

I'm only hooked up to dialysis 3 days  a week for 3 hours.

Now I feel like a jerk for bitching about snow.

May you get well soon and meet nice clients who see past the inconsequential things.

In the end, it is the attitude of a person that counts, and I think you have a wonderful mental disposition regarding this.

I do plan on seeing people on my off days, but when I do tell men about the tubes they still kind  of freak out and  I can understand why they do. I just want to be as honest with them as much as possible. I'm not in any pain or in any danger with them it's just a temp. access right now.

One of my Favs has had open heart, has the surgical scar center chest, right between her lovely breasts.  She never mentioned it in advance.  Our greeting on our first date opened with DFK...  then she showed it to me by unzipping her top.  I could have walked but I didn't.  It isn't a problem and her breasts are still lovely & sensitive.  After 3-4 visits, I don't even notice.  Maybe it's what she does with her mouth on my c*ck that keeps me from noticing...    

I would say not to tell before the appointment.  I would reveal before the donation.

Have you considered changing your line of work slightly?

Possibly Dominatrix?  This way you can wear a corset that you do not remove during a session...  Also this way you need not inform clients because a good slave/sub will not expect you to undress.

Erotic massage?  again wearing something sexy that hides the tubes...

Take photos wearing that sexy something and post them on your web site.  

You could let clients know that because of dialysis you will not be removing certain item(s) of clothing without saying specifically that you have those tubes.  (It could be the idea of the tubes themselves that scares them...)

Just some random ideas that may help.

I think the idea of a sexy outfit that covers/protects the tubes is a great idea.  Incorperate it into your personna.  I'm not sure what is needed but go for it!!

I could look past it, your quite beautiful! Kinda makes me sad though, providers are wonderful people and don't deserve such health issues, I hope you are able to cure it soon, that's really awful .

Truthfully though, I sure wouldn't have a problem! You should tell them though just to avoid bad feelings.
