They're all happy and sophisticated-looking, smiling, probably moreso with the rush of spring. Reminds me of why I love NY and the change of seasons. Could sit and gaze all day long this time of year. If I weren't so shy, would approach them but that would probably just lead to drinks, an expensive dinner, a peck on the cheek good-bye, and an 'I'll call you' -- yeah right -- IF I were ever even that lucky to score a date with one. But fun to watch and fantasize.
I tried posting the link...didn't work..so I just copied and pasted...
Its been warm in NYC of late and that means less clothing and great people watching in Manhattan and for VR that means checking out the beautiful ladies in their mini skirts and low cut blouses.
The other day I was walking on 7th avenue when this sexy big bosomed brunette babe came walking past me. She was hot and I couldn't help noticing her wearing "hot pants". Her big tits caught my attention but as I gazed and caught her "backfield in motion", it was asight to behold as the tanned outline of her butt cheeks and fantabulous long legs took to the NYC pavement like no other life form. I quickly did an about face and started to walk her way...lol...when she suddenly darted into a coffeshop amid many, many stares. I turned around and got on with my other business but the sight of this luscious big boobed brunette in hot pants stays with me to this day.AAAHHHH!
Later that day(about two minutes...lol) i was joging my memory of the late 60's (too young) and mid 70's ( It's alive) visions of Ann Margaret, Raquel Welch, the Goldiggers(Dean Martin's lusty ladies, and the NYC streewalker scene(standard uniform) came to my hot sexy short pant mind
That night, at one of my local haunts, I brought up the subject of "hot pants" and all the guys raised their heads from their drinks and reflected back in appreciation and smiles(turn their mouths from booze...don't happen too often..lol)
This post reminds me of the short story "Girls in Their Summer Dresses" by Irving Shaw, which also conveniently takes place in NYC.
I remember reading it in high school, and always makes me think of the nature of men and how we love to observe women. The short story was written in the 1930's and yet it seems like it could describe a scene from today.
