How's Your Poker Face?

After emailing a provider to request an appointment, every time the damn phone buzzes with a message the adrenaline HITS!  Then I see it's not her and my face collapses.  Had a coworker ask if I'd gotten bad news after a recent one, told him "yeah, it's been a rough afternoon."

I'm a good poker player with cards but rubbish when it comes to hobby emails & phone calls.  A blind man could read that tell.

And heaven help when actually at an appointment and get the message with the room number!  Try to play it down when traipsing through the lobby but am certain my SEG (shit eating grin) is lit up like a spotlight.

Feel like damn teenager again.  Love it!
