Have seen a few ladies post openly telling other ladies where to go and how to post the guys info on a blacklist site. I am all set with taking the chance of a lady being that anti man/client. I am stepping back from this as I do not have the time nor want my privacy invaded even more by the ladies. I will be going to SA and looking for a couple of good sugar babies.
About two weeks ago I contacted a provider with a very well known presence in her area for an appointment which was to be this past Friday. I booked this well in advance to ensure her availability plus to give me time to complete travel arrangements. The day before our scheduled session I contacted her to recap everything (as I always do to make sure we're still on the same page.)
The day of the appointment the provider contacts me and says that the timeslot I had requested wasn't feasible and could we meet another time during the weekend. So as an alternative I suggested dinner at a very upscale restaurant on Saturday followed by a couple hours of private time. She loved the idea and enthusiastically agreed to it. In my communications I provided the name and address of the restaurant along with a sort of impromptu review of the place--(I was sure she'd love it.)
Roughly two hours before we were to meet on Saturday I get a message from her stating that "By the way, the address you gave me is not a restaurant---hope you enjoy dinner, bye." Implying that I'm running some kind of scam. The restaurant IS located on the ground floor of a residential building---I subsequently emailed the restaurant website link showing that exact address. No avail. It didn't matter that I had stated the name of the place in our prior communications---it didn't matter that I sent a weblink for the restaurant--this provider did a very hurried search of the address and immediately assumed it was bogus. Incidentally, my P411 profile wasn't checked by the provider until the initial proposed date of our meeting--which was last Friday. The overall "screening", if you will, seemed very rushed and slipshod. And this is from a provider who supposedly has a reputation for VERY meticulous screening!!
I think the combination of paranoia along with the increased load of messages providers are getting from BP refugees ruined would/could have been a marvelous experience. (I even had a nice gift I wanted to give her as a token of appreciation for seeing me.) Such a terrible shame--but I offer this story as an example of how the current climate is causing problems on both sides.

It must be very difficult for those who have not established good contacts. No problem for me to hobby, but I will not be seeing any new girls unless they have good referral.
I want to see my favorite Russian touring girl this weekend but was turned down because she has no availablilty. That means plenty of guys are getting what they need. I was told there was availability Monday but no good for my schedule, and parking sucks in Boston on weekdays.
Just spoke with a local agency and found out an old favorite of mine is coming out of retirement. Out of all the girls I've seen she gives the #3 best BBBJ in the world. No kidding here! Life is good.
I found a great girl on Switter and am planning a trip to Vegas to meet her. Never would have done that before SESTA. I have other things planned with family for the same trip, and will just show up a day early for my Switter date. Ha-hah!!
This provider has a very impressive history dating back several years. As for myself--I have many P411 Okays (roughly 20 or so) and references outside of that arena as well. So I have no shortage of established contacts. Just pointing out that a combination of factors made what would have been (IMHO) a much smoother and more seamless process a couple of months ago WAY more problematic due to the current climate. I'd hate to think I'd run into these types of situations anytime I wanted to see someone new!!

A provider flaked on you. There have been stories like that since TER began.
He could name her here and on the relevant local board here, but right now it would be a case of a tree falling in the forest and almost nobody heard it.

A provider with a (up to now) sterling reputation and someone known for tight screening does a rushed, haphazard job in preparations---the deluge in additional communications (by her admission) from BP patrons (and similar) have created an overload of inquiries that have to be sifted through---causing an increasing wariness which in all likelihood would not have been the case a few months ago. That's why I link it to the current climate.

1) Why, in the aftermath of FOSTA, would a girl do "a rushed, haphazard job" in screening? One would more logically assume she'd do a more thorough job.
2) Why would someone with good reviews and presumably a high price, get a "deluge" in requests from BP patrons? It makes no sense.
Please ask for a refund from the service that sold you that mind-reading course.

Especially in the first couple weeks after BP was closed, these guys just went to the first site that comes up when you do a search for "escorts" and "(your city)", and that site is Exxx.
Exxx has a lot of subjective, vague, and possibly discriminatory (according to many, I have no idea and have had no problems myself) criteria for rejecting ads. They also experienced a deluge of new advertisers, or wannabe advertisers, when other sites closed down. The majority of BP providers, either because of the cost of the ads or the policies of the site, were not able to post ads. So, the laziest, least informed of the BP clientele ends up on a site that almost none of the type of providers these guys are used to can access.
So they just contact every provider they are possibly interested in, what do they have to lose by trying? I have guys texting me at 3am offering me half my rate for immediate outcalls an hour away from my stated location. My ad shows not only my rate but states that I don't accept last minute appointments or answer my phone after midnight. And that there is a travel fee on top of my regular rate for outcall in the area they request.
I have to assume that these tactics must work on SOMEONE. If they never paid off, no one would keep doing it, and searches on some of these guys numbers reveal years-long histories of this behavior. Every provider seems to publicly scorn these guys, even the BP providers, but I have to believe they must sometimes just catch someone at a desperate moment, or why would they persist?
The way many high end providers are talking about SESTA like it's the end of the world (while insisting that they personally are doing just fine) I don't know if I can fault these BP "clients" for thinking these tactics could work on a higher tier of ladies than they worked on in the past, especially when they don't know where to find lower tier providers with BP gone. It's still shitty and predatory, but there is a logic to it.
Sorry for the major digression, but my point is, the BP refugee "deluge" is very much a real thing, even for well reviewed and relatively expensive providers.
Stating that the address I gave her for the restaurant location was bogus AFTER I had clearly mentioned the name of it in my communications AND after I sent a follow up message with the restaurant web-site link that SPECIFICALLY states that location is rushed and slipshod---period!! (It was as if she had it predisposed in her mind that it was a phony location.)
No excuse!!
My P411 messages are not blowing up my inbox. Honestly right now, I cherish my prospective new friends from P411 and anyone who is easily verified. I'm sorry you were treated badly. You were offering what sounds like a VERY nice evening for the two of you.
Please look me up if you are in NC when I'm "visiting" there. I expect to be there most of the summer, lol. 
I really feel like she just flaked...maybe due to the climate out there but probably she was having an off day and it affected you in a very negative way.

So you're telling us she cancelled on you and then you offered to pay her to watch her eat?
a) It was dinner AND private time.
b) She bailed before we even had a chance to get the evening started.
I dont even respond to a P411 message before I review potential client profile.
For me its important that I do everything in a systematic order, so I never slip up and miss something.
I then respond very promptly.
I will say that I too get the annoying "hey you avail" crap from unqualified bp and the like refugees.
Such a time waster, I swear the other day an ex-felon contacted me....the dangerous looking type!
Creepy as hell.
I simply hate....someone contacting me and not introducing themselves....a simple "Hi, this is Robert....might you be avail this ..." Not hard and gets a better response from me.
But so far this Fosta mess hasn't caused me too much troubles (knock on wood) but I am an established provider
, I did have to resch my visit to Portland /Seattle ....which I am currently on.
I imagine it is hell for new ladies

FOSTA or not, if the corespondance you outlined took place then there are no excuses...
