So over the last two decades, i have had BBFS with something like over 25 ladies from our TER world,   almost all highly rated,  expensive woman.   ie $600 or more.   and never any STD complications.  nothing.   and of course these are ladies that swear online they never do that.  

Now, in comparison, over the last 12 months, tried a sugar daddy site,  very different experience overall,  almost all MILFs in their 30s and 40s with real careers, family and generally speaking well dressed types.    well out of less than 9 BBFS ,  STDs from two of them!  go figure  fortunately all easily cured with antibiotics.    but , well lesson learned.  Guess its safer to go BBFS with a girl that's sees 4 guys a week versus one that sees 4 a year!    ok i am kinda kidding there.  

on a serious note, my main hunch is that a TER lady is more careful about her health and has more checkups etc.    

so hope my example keeps at least one person safer than before.   good luck.
