I found a recent review of a provider that implied she gave him STD.

I'm thinking this review is fake since he has only one review posted, and did not give a good review of the session.

How do we report this to the mods?

Or do you think we're all mind readers?

Your kind of people are called White Knights who are frowned upon by the community.  If she has problem w/ the review she can report it to mods herself.  

 
It's almost impossible to prove of disprove for a third party that she is the one that gave him the STD, unless  of course her defense is that the whole thing is made up and the appointment never happened - very easy to disprove by call logs, text messages and email communication.

 
You probably mean well, but I'd like the woman fight her own battle.. Don't try to play Will Smith.

why is that bad report any different from reporting she grabs the money and "forgot the condoms" and that the last you see of her.
