Now, there are times when my allergies are acting up a bit (but not so bad I cannot breathe though my nose lol) or maybe I've been having migraines or insomnia all week.   New guys: I'll usually cancel.  If they'd scheduled far in advance and/or they're visiting from out-of-town, I'll tell him the situation and leave it up to him.  Same for my regular clients.

It's not contagious, but I would not see anyone in this condition.
Actually going to check into a hospital in the next two days and have those fuckers cut out.

I had a provider cancel on me once because she was under the weather; no problem there.  Fortunately I don't get sick very often, so it hasn't affected many dates with providers. But a couple of times I had a cold when I had a date set with my ATF, and I let her know a day or two in advance and asked if she'd like to postpone. She asked me if I was coughing/sneezing and how I was feeling in general, I told her no coughing/sneezing and I felt pretty good, and she said, heck, no problem. Funny thing is, I felt much better after the dates. I've read that sexual activity can boost the immune system. Also that saliva has antibacterial properties and promotes healing.  It did in those cases!  

Its fkin awesome. I can turn the lights off in my room from my bed.

I usually don't tell hookers about this though.

& if she gets sick from me...  it costs her suffering, cold & flu meds, maybe her own Dr visit...  and hopefully she'll not see anyone while she's sick.  
I did have a FBSM appointment with a gal who was sick.  She had to use tissues every few minutes & then (thankfully) washed her hands.  The hour took about 1.5...

Twice in all my years of providing I had to cancel due to sickness, rule of thumb is if you are contagious or feel you may then yes by all means cancel the date, but if you suffer from allergies like I do and sniffle and sneeze a full disclosure and leave it up to the gent.  

I had a gentleman a few weeks ago give me full disclosure that the flu was running rampant through his house and what I wanted to do. He said he hadn't caught it but had been traveling and maybe that is why he didn't catch it. I thought it was so nice he left it up to me.  

 
I had to cancel twice due to sickness and always found a replacement friend or given them the option of seeing someone. I have even called other agencies and described my issue to see if they had someone that could be available. Once you are in the Amalita Amalfi club you are taken care of  
1. got food poisoning a few hours before the date and had to cancel
2. was involved in a car crash and had to cancel due to back problems.

I got bad allergies and sinus problems and I can't even think when they hit me !!!! I definitely take a pill and take a nap lol

I had a runny nose and sore throat on a Tuesday a couple of weeks ago, and had a date scheduled for that Saturday. I went to the clinic and they told me it was just allergies, and had nothing to worry about.  Nonetheless, I called her to reschedule for the following Saturday just in case. My symptoms subsided in time and the date was awesome! (Review coming up soon)

I wouldn't want to get sick while playing, and wouldn't want my date to get sick either. I'd rather receive a cancelation from my date than a cold. It goes both ways.

It is disrespectful for either party to get a friend sick! Who wants to spread a bad feeling! ):

hile yes, in a perfect world providers who are feeling under the weather would immediately cancel appointments and hobbyists who are sick would do likewise (and cancel not at that last moment but well in advance of the appointment).  But we don't live in a perfect world....Far from it.

The bottom line is that I have seen countless ladies over the years who were sick and prob. should have been in bed (w/o me there) doped up on medicine. But they coughed, hacked, sneezed, cleared their throat, blew their nose, etc. through the session. Of course they told me it "was just a little cold" and they felt fine. I get it. They prob. needed the cash and I was there to fulfill their monetary requirements.  Conversely, I am sure that I have kept an appointment when I was not 100% at my health best. I prob. wanted to get laid so, as they say, "the show must go on"

It's all a matter of how badly one of the parties wants to keep the appointment....

And then let me decide if I want to go through with it.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no.  Sometimes she really is feeling all right, just a sniffle or small cold.
