St. John's Wort

It's not like I have a huge premature ejaculation problem. I usually last around 20 minutes, and at least 10 minutes, but like most of us, I would like to last longer. Has anyone (especially someone who has a more serious PE problem) ever taken St. John's Wort to help you with it? From everything I read on the internet, it seems like you need to take it multiple times a day, but that is more for curing depression, which I don't have. How would it work if it is taken before sex, like an hour before? I've heard Prozac is sometimes sold under the table at clubs so it seems like that works really quickly. Is it similar for St. John's Wort?

prozac is known as an SSRI and works to increase a chemical called serotonin thereby helping depression, a very common side effect of any SSRI is delaying ejaculation, sometimes even preventing it.  this is one of the common reason people stop taking these medications.  st. john's wart is "a natural" chemical and works similar to prozac so theoretically it can help to delay ejaculation.  not sure it would work too quickly but taken for 3 or 4 days may be helpful.

Is plenty of time, and 20 is bordering on too long.  Are you able to go twice?  Perhaps that might be more fun to try rather than messing with something that already works well.  Don't obsess on how much time it lasts, just as long as it is fun for the both of you.  REALLY!

usually means the guy comes in seconds or a couple minutes max. Like maybe as soon as a girl touches him. Ten minutes is average or normal. Just go for round two or three. Or if you really feel like you want to last longer, then change it up. Vary your pace. Change position If you feel like you are ready to cum, stop and do something else for a little while. While premature ejaculation is a real problem for some, what you describe is actually very normal, and there are many things you can do physically to adjust your timing, rather than taking BS supplements.
