note: the process of ejaculation is mediated by the AUTONOMIC nervous system - which means it is NOT a voluntary process in its entirety. kiegel's (a voluntary exercise) helps in muscle tone maintenance and MAY influence the strength of the ejaculation. however, just as one can control the rate at which one's heart beats (heart beat being controlled autonomically, by definition, should NOT be a voluntarily influenced process, but it is, for brief periods of time) i think one can control the intensity of ejaculation, esp women, by certain voluntary mechanisms.

Thanks Steve and your welcome. When it comes to the intensity of my orgasms they of course vary greatly but, my abiltity to ejaculate does coincide with the intensity of my orgasms. The more intense my orgasm the more I squirt and with greater strength. Although, if I have ejaculated quite a few times in a session then I can still have just as intense of an orgasm without squirting. Sometimes I think that all the liquid has probably left my body but low and behold I end up squirting again. I really don't have much control over whether I will squirt or not after the first few times. Before that I have managed to learn to hold it back or let it go if I chose to.
