Obviously, there are too many variables to give a specific number of calories per hour that you would burn. Where you on top? Or was she? Did you suck for the entire time, or did she perform oral sex on you while you just lay there? Kissing and cuddling don't burn very many calories, either.

Quit eating junk, lower your alcohol intake, and get out and do some real exercise. If you really think fucking will help buy a heart rate monitor and use it next time you p4p and you'll realize how ineffective sex is as a weight loss tool.
