Never underestimate the stupidity of some people....like a guy who pays for escorts by check...or an escort who doesn't have enough sense to know that the person she is dealing with has A LOT more clout and influence than she does.

Given that the mayor of DC is a Democrat...she will be very lucky if she doesn't end up UNDER the jail....which would serve her right....LOL!!!

or WRITE them for that matter...

according to the story, it was the check that helped incriminate her and lead to her arrest, so paying her by check wasn't stupid, it was pretty smart!  She was stupid for even taking it, and even more so for letting her so called 'friends' talk her into this stupid scheme.. now she faces a federal rap unless she cops some plea that incriminates someone else higher who may of hatched this idea..

This was a "The Practice" episode! (with a slightly different twist)

In the tv episode, the girl would pick up "suits" (Lawyers, CFO's, CEO's) at bars and go up to their hotel room with them. She would sleep with them and only after doing the deed would she reveal that she was really pro and if they didnt want their wives/jobs to know they'd better pay up to the tune of $10,000!

In the show one guy got PISSED and beat the crap out of her. She went to the lawyers on the tv show and successfully sued him for $50,000.00.  Only after the court case did the lawyers find out that she was a pro and basically told her to get out of town and dont bother coming back.

Greed is an awful thing! Whenever I read rip off stories I actually get angry at the ladies. My whole point is that when they do a cash & dash they might as well of mugged the poor guy...whats the dif? They are theives and robbers, all of them (bait and switch, cash & dash, rob's, etc). This business is pretty straight forward, "fair exchange - no robbery". If these girls dont want to provide the service they should go rob a liquor store, shop lift or something. Dont get in this business if you dont want to do it. These girls are lucky they dont end up severely beaten or dead. Some "Manger" or "Agency" (read pimp) talks these girls into doing this stuff. Its dangerous and stupid!
