He should receive a heads up before the appointment.

I read about it a while back, so I might be mistaken. Anyway, it is very dangerous/unhealthy for both parties involved.

There are clean ways around a period to have fun time maybe not daty but OF COURSE the guy should get a heads up  before he takes a dive, anything else (unless it was a surprise to her too) is just wrong.

Of course I forgot to add that in.

She did NOT say as a "provider".  She said as an athlete.

Believe it or not, sex is not the only activity that can be complicated by monthly periods.

I know a number of women who have used the "makeup sponge" trick while on their periods.  Even better is a product called Beppy that was designed by two female gynecologists, is Ph Balanced for a woman's body, and stays where it is during outdoor sports related activities along with those that take place indoors!

I take a pill that limits my time to once a year but as an athlete, I can vouch for this product's ability to stay in place and do what it claims it will do.

Personally, I would like any provider who is on the rag to get in touch.  I promise to buy VIP soon, so you can PM me!

Thing is the difference in that and what the op asked is that a red/ruby shower the guy asks for it so he KNOWS beforehand that's what he will be getting. They seek out a lady during her "special time"

Periods are still disgusting.  If women really wanted to please men, they'd stop having them.  Discuss amongst yourselves.

Nekkid hairy men in socks trumps female periods any time as far as disgusting is concerned.

From personal experience; I used to stay active during those times. That would actually be my popular week of the month. Of course I would make sure my friends knew before hand. I hate surprises so I wouldn't want to surprise anyone else with my problems. Nowadays, I choose not to be active for several reasons:
1. Its really not sanitary
2. I'm not focusing on my friend; I'm wondering how much of a mess and how much I hope it won't be
3. Its very uncomfortable; especially afterwards.
4. Bad cramps + too tender (a bit moody*a martini) = not a good mix

When you go to a business during renovation - a good business has signs posted notifying customers of the inconvenience.

Listen to "Red and Milky White," by God Street Wine.  Just a sample lyric:
"She will come, come, come, she will come,
In the darkness or even in the light.
She will come, come, come, she will come.
She will roll over, all red and milky white."

Makes it sound almost tolerable.
