It has been a few years, Seoul, 1988 to be exact, but the provider scene is very interesting.

Many "barbershops" will provide a haircut, massage and a bj for around $30.  

In Itawaen, the club shopping district, there is a street called "hooker hill" where mamsans pimp very pretty young ladies for about $40.  One of my friends tells the experience of nailing one of these girls while her family watched TV behind a curtain in the room, strange....

If you can get a taxi driver to take you, and you are not black or a large American you might also have some fun in "Texas Town."  This is the brothel district for Seoul that caters to locals.  The houses are more like Geisha houses where you buy the girl for the evening.  One fun part of the evening was seeing my buddy's lady dance on stage, concluding her act by writing his name with a paint brush, using only her cooch.

Have been to 'Hooker Hill' in Itaewon. Any taxi driver can take you to Itaewon, and I am not sure if they know the name, hooker hill but it isnt too hard to find once you are there in any case (if I remember right, it is a hill). Lots of US Soldiers around the area, you can just ask one of them.

Lots of bars where the girls will hang out in the doorways and call you inside. Then you sit with them chat, they want you to buy them overpriced drinks and you can negotiate.

There may be other types of establishments there as well (non bar type) of varying levels of sophistication.

Try the Seoul Hilton or any other nice Hotel

Really. I'm not joking. Most nicer bars offer a "Hostess" service. The last time I stayed at the Hilton in Seoul, the girl cost $35 per hour for "talk time" in the bar. They had all flavors. Asian, European, American etc. All spoke English and were good looking. They added the fee right into the bill so it was very confidential and could even be tax deductable. (It was a Hilton bill after all.) You had to pay a extra fee to take the girl out of the bar, depending on the time of night. Early evening cost more than late evening, plus a tip to the girl for any " Extra" services. This was a class act and about the same price as in the US. The "Barber" shops, MP's and brothels were a disapointment, but plentiful and cheap. You won't have a problem finding talent. Have fun.
