The guy admitted to rape in the review: “She tried to stop me, but I entered her tight pussy…”.
Forcing intercourse despite the woman being clear she didn’t consent is rape, plain and simple. TER should give the provider any info they have on this asshole so she can report him to the police if she chooses to do that.
Since late April, I've seen five girls who were physically assaulted. Three of them were pinched hard enough to leave bruises -- two on their right breasts above the nipple and the other on her right shoulder. Each reported the same cause: a large (obviously left handed) white man around 40-years old who demanded his donation back and hurt them bad enough to make them comply. They all did what I think is the right thing and gave him the money. One jerk, three girls.
A fourth girl was visibly upset and trying to hide it when I entered her apartment. When I asked about it, she started crying: her last client had been violently slapping her (I think she meant spanking).
Finally, last week, I saw the fifth girl who was attacked. She had bruises on both her right breast above the nipple and on her right shoulder. They were fresh. It turns out these were the result of bites, not pinches (she did not give him his donation back; she's tough, but maybe not wise). All of these events took place in NOVA. They are all criminal acts, not that the girls are in a position to say much.
Five attacks in the past 3.5 months, and those are just the ones I know about.
This is fucked up. It's frustrating. I can only imagine what it's like to be a provider and live with this type of threat. What additionally pisses me off is that one gut has gotten away with it repeatedly. Two of the girls worked for the same ACS, in separate apartments, and somehow he was allowed in for the second assault. For the booker's sake, I hope he was using different phone numbers. Otherwise it's inexcusable that she booked him twice.
I'm against screening that includes official documents, I choose not to see those girls. I'm not entirely against requiring a video chat for verification, though even that leaves me cold. Doubtless the bosses have thought this problem through and have come up with nothing. Whatever the case, our providers shouldn't be free game and the same perp shouldn't be able to go from girl to girl repeating -- or worse, escalating -- his behavior. I worry about getting ripped off and LE, they worry about bodily harm and death.
City and State please
NOVA = The counties of Virginia that form part of the Washington-Baltimore Combined Statistical Area.
= Northern Virginia (DC suburbs). Thought I posted to the local board.
I am not familiar with the acronym "ACS". What is that?
Asian Crapshoot Service. Mostly Chinese and Taiwanese providers with "agencies" that post ads where the pictures and ages are rarely, very rarely, accurate. "Life is like a box of chocolates..."
It may be different elsewhere, but in the NOVA area, as the OP has already noted, ACS is Asian Crapshoot Service.
My bad, you are correct. The phrase, ACS, is perfect for what it is. The house has the deets on the pricks, they are cruisin for a bruisin
Wall of shame being a collage of photos of very bad actors - violent guys, robbers, etc
This wall of shame is shared between agencies. If not at screening, then at the door the girls can match the pics to the photo.
Posisbly tougher nowadays with people wearing masks.

in the area.
"Beautiful beasts and body, played and did P2P
And then slid in junior on the pretext of P2P
She tried to stop me, but I entered her tight pussy,"
He seems to want to claim she "offered BBFS" but the ad doesn't mention it and clearly he didn't discuss this in advance so personally suspect he's lying.
Sounds to me like sexaddictinva just admitted raping a provider and TER published the account.

If all a person has to do is act polite for a minute, how does a video-chat call help?
Sorry but let the ladies screen how they see fit. Unfortunately, they won't want to hear how to keep safe from the likes of you, or any other "clent".
You will be surprised who has body guard. It could be guy look like a bum begging at corner of apartment, it could be her colt 45 under the bed. He will have his day. In mean while screening seem to be ridiculous now days from deposit which 99% scam to dick picks which will get some blackmail action. To you call you need to be in you vehicle read to see her. No small talk no job? There ask if you law enforcement which is pointless. I use to know a little bit about her before we met and she know about me. It work finding real providers any more with spammer donated the sights. With Backpage charge 3 to $40 a add it got rid of most the spammer and got a now approach.
. Just curious, if you visit a girl with a bruise, scratch, or similar wound, are you inclined to ask about it? The first girl I saw with one of the pinch wounds to her breast is one of my high-frequency regulars and I was being sympathetic to her having wounded herself. She was comfortable telling me about what really happened.
I'm wondering if she had been somebody new to me whether it would have occurred to me to inquire about it or whether she would have indulged me with more than a, "it's fine." Or I may have just assumed it was an accident and left it at that. In fact, there may have been others before her, but I didn't take particular notice.
I avoid all personal questions about everything. I find that women who want to talk about it, will do so spontaneously. I mean if it is even remotely visible, most women are insecure enough to know that you see it. In fact women will assume you see stuff you probably didn't see. They know every inch of their bodies and all its imperfections and they are always insecure about it. Even hot chicks.
Yeah, I'm the same way, which is why I asked. As I said, I wouldn't have know what happened except that she was somebody I'd seen very regularly, so I was like I would be with any friend. I pointed to the bruise as if to say, "Hey, that looks like it hurt." She volunteered the gory details and I was taken aback...way back. I had never encountered anything like this. Then, when I saw the same wound on another girl, my question was more pointed. And then another girl...and another one. Cripes.
.
To be able to report a perp before it lands a girl in the ER or is terminal is a major reason why this should all be above board. Many criminals that willfully harm others show a pattern of escalation. They need to be stopped early in their progression.
It’s some evil people out here in this world, I don’t understand, why some guys get a thrill out of being cruel, providers are trying to make a honest living and at the same time show us guys a awesome time(well most providers) and they have to deal with jerks, guys please treat the ladies the way you would want them to treat you!
When I originally posted about the attacks, it was with resignation that there's no effective means for making it harder for perps. Then I remembered reading something about one of the consequences of the opioid epidemic in some jurisdictions: Safe Harbor Laws. These laws restrict LE from gathering *any* information from individuals involved the reporting of an overdose. "Any," as in, not the person who OD'd, nor the the one who called 911, not even others associated with the scene (e.g., hanging out in the same apartment).
.
Why not do the same for reporting a violent act on a provider. Give them the ease of mind that they can report an incident without risk of jail, deportation, or any direct negative consequences at all. The info they could provide, e.g., physical description, car description, accent or native language, etc., could be invaluable. If nothing else, just knowing these safe harbor laws exist might, and I emphasize "might," cause some men to think twice before harming a woman. Think about the possible chilling effect a "warning label" on ads could have on malign mongers. Just a thought.
.
This should be of interest to LE because they know that somebody who's comfortable with bringing bodily harm to another person is a general danger to the community. They want these people off the streets and out of our general population. Many jurisdictions have similar laws to protect illegal immigrants who report crimes. And, make no mistake about it, we are talking about bonafide criminals.

The findlaw link is a bit old (2012) but pretty sure what is said would be pretty useful and correct. The wetip link looks very current and an ongoing service.
I didn't take a close look at either.
Thanks. It was worth a look, but they come up way short. The beauty of Safe Harbor laws is that the crime can be reported by anybody, including the victim, and the victim and any witnesses cannot be investigated for any new crimes. I say 'new' crimes because, if their identity is disclosed and they have outstanding warrants, they can be arrested on those outstanding charges.
However, addressing specifically the plight of our (mostly) wonderful providers, it's unlikely that many of them have warrants out for their arrest. They would not be investigated for their profession, or, for many, their likely visa violations, the circumstances in which the attack took place, and whatever else. Even another client who came upon their victimized provider could call it in and be immune from arrest. It's just plain wrong that the only providers who have protection, scant and extremely dubious as it is, are street walkers. And the price they pay for that "protection" in violence and servitude perpetrated by their supposed protectors is way too high!
There needs to be a way to make it safe for them to call LE for help, and right now all I can think of is Safe Harbor laws.
I am sorry to say that the female Providers should have Mace Spray within reach and spray the asshole in the face until either he leaves or until the Mace Spray bottle is empty. LADIES, Don't allow these guys (HOBBYISTS) assault you like that. Just because you are a sex worker..... That does not mean that you should take the abuse. Do not allow the assholes hurt you. And don't give them their money back. They know what they are paying for.

This is no doubt a very serious and important topic but FIVE in 3 months raises all kinds of red flags....
Judging by your post, it's unlikely you are a Dr. of anything. It's either that or your reading comprehension and intellect have been greatly diminished. TBI, maybe?
In short, as I said more than once throughout the thread, it's doubtful I would have known about any of them except for my familiarity with one of the victims who volunteered the info. After that, when I noticed the same wounds on other girls, I asked specifically whether they was done *to* them. If you had the info from the first girl, hopefully you care enough that you would have done the same. That is, of course, unless you are totally unobservant, oblivious, or, actually, uncaring.
Figure it out, Dr. Do-little.

Anyhow, you do you. It's a horrible thing these girls have to deal with but I'm quite sure they're not these delicate little flowers that don't have some sort of contingency in place to deal with these kind of creeps. And to be quite frank it's not my job to care, investigate, listen to their woes. I'm paying to have good time, not play concerned citizen...but If taking on the role of white knight helps you get another hole punched on your simp card, then spend your time and money as you see fit.
First of all, you shouldn't worry about what city that this is happening in......Just make it known that you won't tolerate the abuse.
