With all the bad experiences I read about I thought I would share one that went exact the opposite way.

I got the urge yesterday afternoon for some fun.  Searched through TER but couldn't come up with anyone appealing and available on short notice.  I came across an ad in Backpage that caught my attention; the ad spoke of an early 20's provider, regular girl just looking to generate some cash to pay bills, but with no picture posted, and she asked that I give her an indication of my budget in the initial e-mail!  Something about the ad said legit so I took the dive.  I e-mailed her and she got back to me within 10 minutes.

She told me she was avail at the time I asked about and asked if she could call me.  After asking her about reviews and to send a pic I gave her my number.  She immediately sent a super hot pic but explained she had no reviews so we talked.  In understandable "phone speak" she was a bit vague on describing service (completely understand) but she sounded sweet.

So, a Backpage ad with no picture, no reviews, located in an uncharactoristic location, and all arrows pointing toward "you have got to be kidding" I let the little head do the thinking and I told her I'd be there.

I showed up to a little apartment in a nice building and I'm greeted by a smoking hot coed type...the picture matched her exactly, price as agreed...great massage, followed by CBJ, and incredible mish.  Just like she hinted at on the phone...for a price that was half what I would expect from someone of her quality.

SO, following my instinct I took a chance and was extremely happy with the choice.  Her situation seemed plausible...early 20's and back in school, had a sugar daddy but he had relocated, and this is how she could make some fast money.  She was incredibly sweet, very nice, sat and talked for 15-20 minutes after we were done...clearly a rookie...but with a great technique and sex drive.  

So with all the horror stories I hear about rip-offs I took a stupid chance but was happy with results...goes to show that the little head isn't always wrong!!!

When I asked her if she wanted me to post a review of her on TER she said "what's TER???"  Gotta love it!!!

Any similar stories out there?????

The request of hers to make an offer for $ was a big flashing redlight.

On he other hand, it is an indication of just how safe this hobby really is in a way.  The number of bad incidents is very low compared to the number of hook ups there are.

I started hobbying in 1974, well before an internet or any effective means of knowing who the heck would be on the other side of the door.

I probably saw about 120 women between then and 2005 when I discovered TER.

In all that time I never encountered either LE or a real bad cash and dash rip off.

The worst was a couple of really bad performers.

Many of the gals I met were excellent.

OK so I'll be honest...somehow letting it "all hang out" did make it a little more exciting!

You can find gems every now and then, but don't stretch your luck with the likes of BP. BTW, the little head wasn't right, he got lucky!

clearly a long time ago, as you said, long before TER. In fact I found TER in 2003 and did a lot of lurking and learning.

Prior to that I relied on the free or cheap magazines (you know the ones at 7/11), that had all kinds of ads for working girls, apartment Asian girls, students, etc.

As you, I only had I guess 3 bad experiences and they far out-weighed the good ones. Funny how we operated via those magazines and such in advance of the Internet Providers of today.

As for the OP, glad you had a great experience, since now a days we all advise against such risky ventures.

I wouldn't make it a habit of seeing providers for first sessions that way. I hobbied for awhile without knowing about TER, as mrfisher and smarty mentioned, my experience was the same, the worst I experienced was bad performance.  And when I toftt now, the performance always seems to be sub par. Oh well, I guess I'll never learn!

Yes, the thrill of the unknown is an incentive to take a walk on the wild side.  Adrenalyn is quite a potent drug and I'll also admit doing a wild thing or two just for the high.
