"Thoroughbred" is because you cannot register a thoroughbred foal unless it was conceived naturally (I was once a partner in a thoroughbred race horse syndicate). In other words, while this method of artificial insemination is allowed for all other breeds of horses, you can't use it with thoroughbred race horses. Consequently, Mrfisher only provides an all-natural service because he's a thoroughbred, so the ladies who pay him for this service must agree to be mounted. (Hopefully, he will make it last longer than this white stallion in your link so they get their money's worth.)
Yes, mrfisher is a thoroughbred and I'd put my money on him. I am cautioning mrfisher not to let unscrupulous businessmen jerk him off or take advantage of him.
