If you are so happy with your current age, why don't you be honest about it?
It seems that half of the providers are honest and the other half are not.
While scanning ads this morning for two travel encounters, the first two that I looked at had an age range on their profile of 26-30. Both of them have to be late 30's or older. The last thing I want is to walk into a room and find an additional 5 to 10 years. In my opinion, the age issue is just as important  as the weight.

For my fellow hobbyists. How many times have you walked into a room and found a provider to actually look younger then her stated age on her profile? Be honest! If you are stricken with manginaitis, I already know your answer.

At 35 I will be considered a mature MILF!

A provider's age in her TER profile is set by the first hobbyist who writes a review of her. TER does not automatically "age" providers as time passes. So, if no hobbyist submits a problem report to correct the provide's age in her profile, and the provider does not have a TER account (or her TER a account is not linked to her provider profile so that she can update it herself), then the age in the profile will stay what it was when the provider was first reviewed. Keep in mind that there are many providers out there who are completely on aware that they have been reviewed on this website.

I am aware of how the system works, so I am referring mainly to the providers who advertise on TER.
On one hand some providers complain about the problem reports submitted by hobbyists while at the same time leaving their profiles to be inaccurate.

y cut off for providing was 35...now, it looks more like 32. Some people lie about everything, so it's not just age. I also see nothing wrong with fudging 2 or 3 years, but not freaking 10 lol.  

But those are the things you can't control.. Best way to safeguard yourself is to add 10-12 yrs to the girls advertized age. If she turns out to be any younger, then good for you...  

you're friggin crazy. You shouldn't put all of us in that bucket for those of us who don't 'lie' just like we shouldn't put you all in the same bucket as gentlemen. Not fair.  

The details listed in a Profile are set by the initial review. Unless the lady takes the effort to ammend her profile [ and few do] you can always do the math.  If a babes first review was 2000 and her age is recorded as 20-25 you better be prepared for the fact that she is now waaay up there in years...30 something...lol !!!

I wish the men would include their age when writing a review. I would think that  this would help us get a better perspective on the review itself.

London, in your particular case, I don't think that anyone on this site is going to be confused about how old you really are. However, you are an exception rather than the norm.

Do you really think that this is creating a problem for you and your business model? By all accounts, you are fairly successful. What's the difference if some people think you're older than you really are? At least they are contacting you out of the blue, right? That's better than not contacting you at all.

Well said. It would let you know the crypt keeper is the one handing out 10s to senior citizens, and not some 30 year old. But, guys would probably also lie about their age lol.

If you want to write something in the review like " I am a 70 year old Grandpa", then be my guest, but I don't really care. The review is about her, not you anyhow.

I'm 59 and I always let the provider know that before hand. Just as I want no surprises, I feel  she deserves the same.

I think you missed my point. I think it gives the hobbyist a better idea of the review/priveder if we know the review is coming from a 20yr old or a 60yr old. Just my opinion.

I don't care how many ladies you've seen.

The problem is that this isn't a chicken-or-egg situation. Hobbyists started rounding up because of inaccurate ads and profiles, not the other way around.

I get that, but because of what the long time providers have done, it makes it hard for new providers to be seen as honest. You guys always add x amount of years, they know it, so they lie. I would rather be thought of as 5 years older vs. 10.

but my flamboyant personality would  not allow me to say anything less than 10..

And if you cross reference their sites many of them are only 39...for the 10th to 15th time  LOL

To be fair, there are many inconveniences on the hobbyist side that are the result of poor behavior of previous hobbyists.

of all ages for a reason. For those of you who do lie, you are only doing yourself an injustice and also the opportunity to have one bad review written because you aren't saying who you truly are, then you're done...sorry but after I have worked my butt off, I wouldn't take that chance, no way in hell.

Saw a lady who advertised early 30's would have guessed 35. She was very very nice. Turns out she'd just turned 40. Showed me her license. I was floored. First time I was fooled so badly. Usually they ARE 10-12 years older than ads state.

So someone who adores older women would definitely give an older woman (or senior citizen") a higher number. You can't fault that. Just like guys who like fuller figured women will give them higher scores than someone who prefers thinner women. Nothing wrong with a person saying what he likes even if it isn't someone else's idea of a 10. I didn't see it written anywhere what exactly a 10 should look like.

totally agree, but from a guy's standpoint he is saying (the guy who posted the idea) that it would help GUYS know more about why certain men rate certain women higher or lower than others. A 30 year old is probably not going to have the same tastes as a 60 year old like you said, but he just might.

LOL, I agree... add 10 years, & I'm now 42? Nooo... I'm 32, & will be 33 this summer. Back when I first started in 05, I was 24, but would tell people I was 21(and many thought I was younger than 21..even had some ask for ID!). When I hit 28, instead of advertising 3 years younger, I started advertising my real age, & have since then... found many gents are quite happy with ladies over 30. I think as you age, you will find gents who prefer the age that you are... so regardless if you lie about your age, when they show up expecting a 30 year old, for instance, and the lady is in her 40's, you're only f**king yourself. The gents will put it in reviews.

Why not just state the lady's year of birth (actual or "adjusted")? Then "age" doesn't need updating.

who's horny friends think you are hot enough, yet not too  "old lady", to where they want to fuck you. The implication is maybe 16 or 17 yo guys -  suggesting a woman in her late 30's — early 40's would be MILF age.

my review page is 36-40 and this is accurate~!  

I highly doubt any of my child's friends are thinking such thoughts.

However people perceive me as 10 yrs younger than I am.  Anyway it's not polite to ask a lady anyway IMO.
