Ok guys latly Ive have been hearing more and more about cosmetic surgery on the vagina...Some women dont like the way theres looks and im assuming this has a lot to do with seeing women on porn and magazines with perfect kittys. What I am curiou about does the shape and size of the inner lips matter to you. Im guessing some women think men want that perfect looking puffy vagina lol. Personally mine are quite large and never had any complaints yet. here is a lick to a couple of sites that found to be interesting.

By time we see your flower in all of its glory for the first time we are so worked up that all systems are go.   So I sincerely doubt that there are many guys who really have keen preferences about pussy appearance.  That being said there will surely be a small percentage of guys who feel otherwise and then there is always the individual woman's perception of herself.  If she is really not happy with her looks for whatever reason then she may avail herself of the cosmetic options that are available to her.  In this light if it helps her feel better about herself then I can see where such procedures can be beneficial.
