I was off by about 24 hours on my prediction thread. I said Monday the 21st at 10 am EST. it posted some time on the 22nd. Keystone guessed the 13th, and Panthera guessed the 15th. Nobody else wanted to play in my thread. I guess I won my own contest. Now if I could just find the prize...

Actually simple math and counting. Total number of reviews are always listed at the top of the page. When I went to bed last night, there were 999,879 reviews, so I already knew the millionth would post during the night (my time). This morning when I woke up, there was 1,000,082. I then clicked on "new reviews" and counted back 82 spots. That is still my best guess. I am not guaranteeing that is the one. I did say "I'm going out on a limb." :)

As for predicting the timing, that was also done with basic math. I'm still waiting for my prize. Rasha? Courtney? London?Jamie? Cosette? ...?

Please just don't tell me it's Taylor! (or Udo's last date!)

Just look at the top of the page where it lists the # of users online, New Reviews and Total Reviews.  As of this post the total was 1,000,168.

A free overnight shouldn't be restricted for any reasons...it is after all a free overnight paid for by the nice mods and admin at TER.  Considering they are saving millions on jet fuel as the TER jet is sitting doing nothing...dropping 10k for any hooker shouldn't be that big of a deal.

I wonder if the winner would have to still file a review on the overnight.

I just joined up yesterday, and your "joke" was the second post I had read.  I thought it was bitchy and unnecessary of course, cause it was, but you're also suggesting the board FIX the contest to make a favourite member the winner.  How clique-ish.  How grade school.

It does say the person who "submits" the millionth review. However, right above that it says they are fast approaching "publishing" the millionth review. I read that as whoever "submits" the millionth "published" review. If it was the millionth submitted review, (just based on submissions) that would have been a few years back I'm sure. If they just published a million, imagine how many hundred thousand were rejected! :D
