Should there be a concern if a well review TER provider has a large gap in Reviews if you want to visit with that provider?  

Last reviewed May 2004, then none until Feb 2005.

I would say see her anyway.  She may have taken a break, or something.  Just go on the reviews she does have.

and sometimes some of the regulars get upset when they see reviews, so we cool our heels a bit with new friends writing reviews.  Some folks just don't write reviews (see thread above this one labeled "Review Me".

All kinds of reasons why.  Not necessarily a reflection on the quality of the lady's service.

If the reviews are good, then I wouldn't let it bother me. There are many legitimate reasons. Vacation, Marriage, just took a break, too many more to list.
