Last week saw a lady who was much younger than me.  It was a disappointment.  It seems late 20s or early 30s is the sweet spot.  At that age the ladies have a hot body and knows how to use it verbally and physically.

What age is your wine?

Just like fine wines, there are some that age very well, and some that should be consumed as soon as possible.  There are huge flavor variations within any vintage or stock.  I happen to enjoy flavors of those that peak early.  For a more mature wine, the body develops more subtlety with age and experience, and those should be enjoyed by connoisseurs, also.  As always, YMMV, but four or more of us sampling the same 'bottle' may come away with entirely different experiences and opinions.

All of the women I've seen, even the 'old' ones are much younger than I.  So are the wines I consume, though I know that there are some of both out there with more years than I may ever reach that are way better than what I am used to consuming.  At 63, I'm still waiting on a '33 Champagne in my collection to provide an outstanding viniger for a special occasion.

I like just about all wines from a vintage cab to a young white like a Pinot Grigio or White Bordeaux.  Not a big fan of white zins (big women) or sake bombs (Asian women).  To each his own on his libation of choice.

I've been with providers aged 18 to 40 (at least that's what they said, and it seemed to be true).  They were all really good.  So, while I agree that younger providers tend to be less skilled, it's not always true.  The point is, if you do your research you won't be disappointed.  In my case, even the two younger ones had enough reviews from reliable reviewers that I could feel confident, and it worked out.
