When ED drugs stop working...

Just curious if any other male hobbyists have had similar issues. WhenI first used Viagra a few years back, I had the best erections I ever had. About two years later, I noticed that the Viagra stopped working. My body is not responding the way it used to and so I tried Cialis. Last week I tried 15 mg on the advice of a urologist and I had a great erection during a session. 7 days later I tried the same dosage and zero effect...

Wondering if anyone else has had these issues and if this is commonplace for these ED drugs to stop working...

This may be more psychological than physical.

I find when I am under stress or overly tired they dont work well.I have expermented with times and drinks.
Energy drinks = dissorientedness.. like its not my cock but feels great
Liquor = forget it!
Beer = works but headache after
water = RIGHT ON HARD ON!!
average amount of food = good to great!
to much food no good
no food = 50/50
snack hour before works well

but its just me!

You may get amateur opinions here but, no two situations are ever same. Talk to your urologist openly and candidly.

or rather, not eating.

i can't speak to cialis, but with viagra its best to take on an empty stomach, and if you must eat, stay away from fatty heavy foods.  eat a salad or a light sand wich, no fries.

dude, who needs to play with a gut full of grease anyway?

Yes, sometimes ED drugs stop working.  You should see a urologist and an internist.  ED problems can arise from serious physical causes (eg heart or artery conditions, diabetes, as well as localized genital problems).  It can also be mental.  It can also be related to other medications you're taking.

You still gotta think about something to get aroused.

Maybe the issue is that you are no longer really that aroused, in which case the Viagra won't help.

ED can have several causes.  My experience is ED drugs work for me IF my mind is into what I'm doing.  If my mind is elsewhere so is my hard one.

Not too much of a senior moment... the only difference between the two doctors is simply the size of the head that they treat - big head vs the little head.
