Something new or different with post moderation?

Again since it's been a while since I've been here - I note that most of my posts in the below thread went up right away but one appears to be awaiting moderation -

previously I was not "moderated" and everything went up right away -

has there been a change in policy or I wonder if it is because I have not posted in so long?
