Basicly she should have taken a dump ideally no less than 1 hour before, if so needs a emena, or up towards 4 hours.

Talk to someone who works in a hospital. There is a KY jelly with Lidocane  for women having babies. Best lube for anal traning. There are other special lubes available in your local toy store.Look for Anal Ease.
