Anyone willing to negotiate a price will probably not have an all inclusive menu either. I prefer to know that I have come with enough to get what I want before I step inside. I unfortunately liken it to going to a legal brothel in Nevada. Price negotiation goes both ways and so if I use a legal lady I have to bring a lot more then I would normally carry. There is a certain amount of price negotiation with fixed price ladies also, if they are too high for the area or the service they provide the loss in revenue will get them to adjust. I just prefer to not be talking price to a semi naked lady when the little head has a tendency to take over.

... Granted she was new to the business and I paid her price the first time but I got it way down the second time so while it certainly is not common... you never know.

If she explicity states in ads or sites not to do so then don't bother unless you enjoy your feeling being hurt lol. NOW some ladies make exceptions if you're a real estate agent, travel agent car dealer, own electronic store, etc basically you're in a good position to barter some nice stuff.

That girl explicitly states so if girls put that in their ads then of course go for it.

If a gal wants to invite negotiation, like the one in the ad, that's her right to do so, just as it is her right to state what her rates are and no bargaining allowed.

I'm for the latter and would shun the former.  It would be a buzz kill for me to have to negotiate.  It spoils the illusion I want to enjoy, and it can affect the mental mood of the provider so she won't be able to bring her A game to the bedroom either.
