Let's assume a man shows up clean or showers at your place.  Sweating can't be controlled and it's bound to drip on you.  Is this a turn off, or do you not even notice?  I'm guessing if it's excessive one or both parties will want to towel off, but what if it's not excessive?

Have to agree with Obvious Guy, it doesn't bother me, it's natural and it's good to know I'm getting a guy *that* hot  lol

I do NOT like sweat at all. So if it drips all over me, ITS A TOTAL TURNOFF and I am going to let you know that.

You need a towel to wipe yourself off immediately!

Sorry, I hate sweat.

I told one client I couldn't sit on his lap afterward because of he was sooo sweaty. He thought I was lying and I was like NO I can't I really don't like sweat. I told him NOT to take it personal, I just can't stand it dripping and running all over me.

Last time I checked we were all born with sweat glands. Would you rather we pant all day like a dog - they don't sweat - they can't!
Hmmmmm sex without breaking a sweat - well I'm definitely off your dancecard because I sweat like an sun-burned Irishman & there's nothing I can do about it. Plus I don't think it would be worth it if neither one of us breaks a sweat! Why bother? I like hot, sweaty, slippery sex. It ain't neat but it works for some of us.

I sweat jumping out off the damn shower!

it would be like me getting angry because all the men on TER won't see me.

Sweat does happen, sure. I just don't like when it pours all over me, I tell the gent I need a towel and they keep going. It feels like I showered in bed.

So, does a little bit of sweat bother me, hell no. What bothers me the most is the clients who don't think twice to accomodate me. i.e. a towel, etc.

I'm not even sure what my reply to this topic question is..but people all have their 'things'. I can understand Shaye being completely turned off by sweat, and that being her 'thing'. I wouldn't think that she's a 'bad provider' BECAUSE she feels this way (not that anybody else has indicated that either, but just an example).
I can even understand that 'cum is ok, but sweat isn't' when you think of cum being sexual - and the sexual release; whereas sweat is the releasing of 'waste', so to speak.
Point being, I don't think there's a 'right' or a 'wrong' answer to this question.
I can clean up after my dog from one end, without gagging (not that I like it), but if I clean up from the other end (vomit), I will have to concentrate on not vomiting myself, and seriously gag. Is there logic there?
It simply is what it is..

you can't get mad at her because sweat turns her off, unless you are prepared to accept anything and everything that someone ELSE throws at YOU (honey, it drives me wild to pick my nose and wipe it on your chest after we make love)

but as a provider, you will prosper if you can turn negatives into positives. you don't like sweat? well, if you are good at your job, guess what :-)
so always make sure you have a clean white towel handy and maybe a wet cloth on ice as well to swab his forehead, chest, and naughty parts (be careful) immediately after the sweat-inducing activity.

you can apply the same logic to a lot of situations. i know most providers hate it when a man shows up smelly. who can blame you? why not make an initial shower (or better yet, sponge bath) part of the opening ceremony? intimate, sensual, somewhat subserviant - and it saves you from ralphing later on :-)

You ask a logical question.

Only thing is - turn-ons and turns-offs defy logic. A couple of my turn-ons simply don't fit my personality and habits. I have no idea where they came from.

Good point Sedona. We all have our quirks. A very popular provider comes to mind who gives awesome BBBJTC but will not DFK.
(BTW-she also is repulsed by sweat)

Okay, fair -but if you're a clean man, take a scrub down shower just before you start and you don't eat garlic and don't smell (we all know physical sweat is not the sweat that smells, it's the mental sweat) then what comes out of your sweat glands is mostly water to cool your body. It's not 'toxic waste'.  And it actually helps lubricate two hot bodies sliding across each other.  I understand some people's aversion to it,it just doesn't have much basis on 'gross' facts.

Geezus, I'm sweating just typing all this...

I remember when I did have a client who sweated through out the whole entire session. He didn't have a great smell, either lol I made him hop into the shower several times, but to no avail, he started to sweat quickly, as soon as he got out :(

I arrive to a hug and a kiss, she undresses me and leads me to the shower.

She can meet me with a robe and a cool beverage after, or join me inside with a sponge.

Would only take another 15 minutes to set this great mood, and would give the lady peace of mind as to my cleanliness.  Shouldn't all visits start this way?  (I know some visits are sqeezed into a lunch hour, but I would think of that as the exception.

Sedona - Have them add this to the provider handbook please?
