That's why we have to monitor on things go around us.  My son who is his 30s told me he know requests women for STD results. I asked him why, he has seen too many incidents of folks being infected.  Perhaps the younger crowd is not as safe as we were back in the day.

I think there should be more concern from hobbyists about this "new" litigation than providers... Marital tort immediately comes to mind for me. I don't know if that's because I've now worn the shoes on both feet or what. But this is NOT new. I don't know if it is in every State but it's definitely not new. I personally wonder if this is how Melinda Gates got paid so much?

Brother, this is data from 2008. This is not new. This is not evidence that it’s gotten worse. Sexually transmitted diseases has always been a concern. Smart players should mitigate risks. Nothing new here. But you’re acting like there has been a change and it’s gotten worse. Nothing you have shared proves this to be true.
