You can blame the damn porno movies where the guys go bareback and they switch from pussy to anal and back again without missing a beat.  I'm sure that there are those folks who watch those movies and have absolutely no clue that their lives are at risk.

Pornography is disgusting.  Satisfying but disgusting.

I don't have issue with the barebacking so much as I do A2M (ass-to-mouth) or A2P (ass-to-pussy).

They do it so casually like that shit is normal.  It isn't, it really, really isn't.

Bacteria from the anus to the vaginal environment is incredibly dangerous.  Just because you take an enema and live on a diet of lettuce and cocaine doesn't mean that you don't have bacteria which could wreak havoc on your vagina and cause various infections.

Porn actors and actresses live with collateral damage of their activity - annoying sexually transmitted diseases and recurring infections.

It may look good on screen, but its seriously an irresponsible message many people who take their sex cues from flicks.

”things I have to tell providers who charge more than my damned lawyer amaze me. After CBJ, remove that rubber and apply a new one for intercourse. Capisce? I don't want to be your baby daddy, and I don't want any germs that are in your vagina on my penis. The second condom costs less than a dollar. Saving that dollar is really a false economy. It is the height of stupidity to think you are being extra safe by covering me up for BJ only to have the condom rip while my penis is in your vagina. Use that extra condom already! If you must, add $1 to your fee”

Frankly, I think the title is a bit on the long side. But, you should discuss this with your publisher.

I'm glad you're over the shock of discovering your own delusion of the competency of providers.

Hey--I'm sure you're a nice guy. You were a prick in your post. Moving one.

I shouldn't even have to type this.  The things I have to tell providers who charge more than my damned lawyer amaze me. If this applies to you, listen up. If it doesn't, great. This only came up because a provider needed instruction. If one provider needs instruction, perhaps others do too and this announcement will save some angst.

If you offer CBJ, do not use the same condom for vaginal intercourse. If you do, the odds of it breaking are increased dramatically. Let's be honest. The fact you are facing away from me doesn't disguise the fact you are using your teeth to get some sensation through the rubber. You might hide it from my eyes, but the rubber knows. It's safety is severely compromised. After CBJ, remove that rubber and apply a new one for intercourse. Capisce?

It is the height of stupidity to think you are being extra safe by covering me up for BJ only to have the condom rip while my penis is in your vagina. Use that extra condom already! If you must, add $1 to your fee.

I now return you to your regularly scheduled hobbying and providing.

Thank you for that PSA! Yes, terribly disgraceful ALL of the things you have to tell providers who charge more than your damned lawyer. God knows no one wants vagina germs on their penis. But, assuming all of you boys are taking responsibility for your own safety, one can assume that all of you smarter gentlemen already know you can request a second condom any time you like.

But thanks for pointing out how much smarter you are than that stupid provider. I know I feel better informed.

I had a provider say to me it was OK to go from covered anal to covered vaginal with her. I stopped and for her own sake changed the condom. I don't think you want the stuff from the back door going into the front door.

I like to wear 3 condoms.  One for the CBJ.  Peel off, discard.  The second for FS.  Pell off and throw away.  And then finally, one for greek.

If you jerry-rig some little garters with rubber bands, they will stay up between erections.  Saved my life many times.

Then take fucking responsibility for it...
As you so astutely pointed out... condoms are a buck, so go fucking buy one.

And I did. But I shouldn't have had to with a PROFESSIONAL sex worker. For her own damned safety if not my own. She was incredulous. Said nobody had requested it before.

It's not about how smart someone is. It's about common knowledge that any PROFESSIONAL sex worker should have, and how shocking it is when they don't.

Lord knows that if I had gotten that provider pregnant you'd be the first one demanding that I take "responsibility."

Then how about "the pitter patter of tiny feet?"

A LOT of providers do not use chemical birth control.

I guess anyone who doesn't want to knock up providers due to incompetence is just nuts, huh?

If your comfort level is being crossed it is entirely, one-hundred-fifty-percent up to you to make sure that your own comfort level is met.

To throw this back on a provider and claim that "she" did not take resonsibility in meeting your comfort level is total BS. Grow up.

and perhaps take a remedial reading class or two.
My comment was directed at your condescending attitude
in your original post

There was nothing to indicate or condone bareback FS.

Just because you were with one lady who did not understand things well (if your story is true too begin with) does not mean you should be insulting others, who most likely are more informed than you anyway.

I took responsibility by insisting that she meet my comfort level by changing the condom, and by explaining why. But I am a very informed hobbyist. Previous hobbyists had not asked. Likely, they didn't even know to ask because they were unaware.

The PSA is not for me. I AM all grown up. I'm a big boy. I've walked right out of sessions. I'll insist on protection, and its proper use. I take responsibility. Not all hobbyists are me. Not all hobbyists know that providers sometimes use their teeth and compromise the integrity of condoms during cbj.

Even though I take responsibility, a woman who charges a very professional rate ought to possess the knowledge requisite for the safe exercise of her profession. And when she lacks that knowledge, she puts others who rely on her professional expertise at risk.

When I plunk down big bucks for my lawyers, he had better know the minimum competencies expected of a lawyer. He had better know how to file a motion in the jurisdiction where he practices. Knowing how to file a motion is NOT my responsibility. HE is getting paid for being a professional law worker.

Professional sex workers charging more than lawyers do not get a free pass on possession of knowledge of safe sex practices.

Turn this back around. The woman was so damned afraid of the icky germs on my penis that she covered it. She didn't even want those icky germs (freshly showered, btw) in her mouth much less vagina. I was doing HER a service. It was like me telling my lawyer how to file a motion.

I said: If this applies to you, listen up. If it doesn't, great.
This means I was not applying it to all providers, and I was not insulting other providers.

I said: This only came up because a provider needed instruction. If one provider needs instruction, PERHAPS others do
This is not an all inclusive statement. It allows for the fact that many providers do not need instruction.

So please take a big slice of your humble pie and STFU.

That a provider does not operate under the same guidelines as your lawyer. In fact a provider can do whatever the fck she want to. There is a vast continuum of providers out there. So, to continue to compare the behavior of a provider to how you expect your attorney to behave is absurd (not to mention the repeated references to how providers make as much money as your lawyer---vast majority do not make that kind of money---that aside…)

Do professional sex workers get a pass on possession of knowledge surrounding safe(er) sex practices? Many (most?) professional sex workers are extremely well informed. But, you should not delude yourself into thinking that ALL sex workers (of every demographic) are not only fully informed about safer sex practices, BUT, will also go out of their way to take all responsibility to make sure YOU are not crossing any personal boundaries.

I could be wrong. I do  plan on discussing in this more detail with the easter bunny when she visits me next spring.

"But, you should not delude yourself into thinking that ALL sex workers (of every demographic) are not only fully informed about safer sex practices, BUT, will also go out of their way to take all responsibility to make sure YOU are not crossing any personal boundaries. "

And that is the reason for the PSA. If I was deluded into thinking all providers were fully informed; I am no longer so. Maybe other providers have really spoiled me because personally I was shocked.

What amazes me even more are the ones who have a table with all sorts of oils and creams that contain mineral oil or vaseline (petroleum; petrolatum) type lubricants. Those ingredients literally dissolve standard latex condoms. (Go ahead, try it.) Lubes and massage oils should be water based, liked KY Jelly.

That's the number one thing I ask about, not about whether she accidently bit a hole in the rubber.

The way I expressed it was due to being shocked at my discovery because I held a delusion concerning the competency of providers. My intent wasn't condescension.
