Park it at the shopping mall? With the traffic noises, it does not seem like a quiet place to spend an hour. Connecting with clients might be conspicious. But her idea would work if she tours places like, Boise, Salt Lake City, Denver, Reno, Spokane, and other cities out west with lots of near by secluded camping that has cell phone and mobile internet connection. It would be more discrete than going to a hotel with lots of other people near by. And nothing about the hobby is even slightly legal.
